Over time, this blend has evolved thoughtfully and thanks to fantastic new crop coffee from Honduras and Ethiopia we are adding this extra fruity element.
This change not only preserves the blend’s signature creamy mouthfeel but adds a layer of fruitiness that perfectly complements its profile. Honduras coffee is known for its creaminess and balance, while the Ethiopian touch is helping to taste sweeter/fruitier. The Brazilian Natural jumps in for the chocolate side.
A key aspect of this blend is the combination of washed and unwashed beans. This dual processing method brings out the best in each bean, contributing to the blend’s depth and resilience. Whether brewed to perfection or in less-than-ideal conditions, the Roast ED espresso consistently delivers a rich and satisfying experience.
